WHY do I always get almost zero traffic from Adwords?

Few days ago,I created two adgroups about weight loss in adwords account. Each account has 1000+ keywords, but today I checked the adgroups, I only got less than 150 impressions! And most of keywords are inactive. i do not know the reason for that . can anybody please help me.

there must have been a problem in your keywords. try to check your keywords and optimized them to search engine friendly.
