Project 4 not working

I purchased Affiliate Elite and cannot get Project 4 to work. I have entered several different merchant id's and nothing happens. I contacted support and received this," yes it's fixed and will auto update. Thanks". I have uninstalled and installed twice to no avail.

My sole reason for purchasing this product was Project 4.

Any suggestions? Does my trial period affect my ability to use Project 4?

I see this issue and been around for awhile however, I haven't seen any suggestions on a fix.

Same for me too, I have emailed and been told by Charles Livingstone at customer support that it is being worked on, but quite honestly I don't believe this in the slightest.

My last email from him was on 9th June 2010.

Project 4 is THE reason I signed up for Aff Elite and I'm frankly gutted it isn't working, nor does there seem to be the willingness of the team to fix it.

Please give us an update!
